It is suitable for the metering of natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbon gas and other gases.
This product has been approved by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department in accordance with GB3836.2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part 2: Flameproof Type "d" 》And GB3836.4-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part 4: Intrinsically Safe Type "i"" standard inspection, and the explosion-proof marks are ExdⅡBT6 (flameproof type), ExiaⅡCT6 (intrinsically safe type). It is suitable for hazardous locations in zone 0 (intrinsically safe only) and zone 2 containing explosive gas mixtures of T1～T4 temperature groups of ⅡA, ⅡB, and ⅡC.

Three, working principle
When the fluid flows into the flowmeter, it is rectified and accelerated by the special integrated rectifier at the air inlet. Because the turbine blades and the fluid flow are at a certain angle, the turbine generates a rotating torque. After overcoming the friction torque and the fluid resistance torque, the turbine starts Spin. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the turbine rotation is proportional to the fluid volume flow. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the magnetic sensor is used to induce a pulse signal proportional to the fluid volume flow rate from the coaxial rotating signal wheel. The signal is amplified, filtered, and reshaped and enters the intelligent flow totalizer together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals. The micro-processing unit of the instrument performs arithmetic processing, and directly displays the volume flow and total volume of the gas on the LCD screen.
