The measuring channel of the non-full-pipe flowmeter is a smooth straight pipe, which will not be blocked, so it is especially suitable for measuring liquid-solid two-phase fluids containing solid particles, such as pulp, mud, sewage, etc. The installation of a non-full pipe flow meter will not raise the water level upstream, so it will not cause head loss.
The choice of installation location of flow meter and level meter
①The installation location of the flow meter and the level meter should be chosen as far as possible in the channel or river course with relatively straight sections, try to avoid gates, bends, water inlets and outlets, up and down ramps, and straight canal sections must have a certain length. The length of the upstream and downstream of the straight channel section is greater than 10 times the channel width, so that the flow distribution of the measurement section will be relatively stable and uniform, and the measurement data will be more accurate.
②The flow rate sensor is installed on the side wall of the channel (if there is no problem of sedimentation, it can also be installed at the bottom of the channel), and the direction indicator points to the downstream of the water flow to ensure that the flow rate sensor is parallel to the water flow axis. The installation point of the level gauge should be as close as possible to the installation position of the flow sensor, and the installation of the level gauge should be perpendicular to the water surface. The water level measurement process is the same as the internal water level measurement process of the indicator).
The wiring of non-full pipe electromagnetic flowmeter
All connecting wires of non-full-tube flowmeters should be as short as possible, avoid the power cables as much as possible, and make the connection wires waterproof, moisture-proof, break-proof, and shielded to ensure that the wiring is correct.
1. Always keep the flow meter and level meter installation channels clean to prevent the influence of weeds and other floating objects.
2. Keep the display device dry and ventilated, and normal power supply.
3. On-site equipment to prevent man-made damage.
